A Project Summary and Preliminary Environmental Impacts Determination (PEID) document provided by the IEPA for Old Town Phase 3 is available for review online and at Village Hall. The document contains project locations, descriptions, costs, and environmental impacts. A Public Hearing has been scheduled at Public Works, 14400 S. Coil Plus Drive, on Monday, March 18, from 5-6:30 p.m. to provide an opportunity for the public to view and comment on the proposed project and PEID.
