The Planning Department handles all facets of the outdoor seating ordinance. Applications for outdoor seating will be emailed to the establishments that utilize the sidewalks to enhance their patrons' dining experience. As it can take up to 5 days for permit review and approval, it is strongly encouraged that the application and required paperwork be submitted before the April 1st deadline in case there are any issues with the permitting process.
