When planning a new development or construction of a new residential unit, fees for the school, park, library, fire and Village should be calculated into the total cost of the project. Please note: This information is provided as a service to the public and is subject to change. The actual school, park, library, and fire obligations due will be confirmed on a case by case basis by the applicable unit(s) of government, etc.
The School Park Donation Calculator is a working tool to help developers estimate their school and park obligations, including how much land dedication might be required and what the cash in lieu alternative might be, based on the number and type of dwelling units proposed.
