Neighborhood Scoops
Neighborhood Scoops is a community - police relationship building program put on by the Plainfield Police Department. The police department travels to different neighborhoods throughout the summer to deliver ice cream sundaes to residents. These events give the police department a chance to meet with citizens in an informal way to discuss community building ideas and community problems. If you are interested in hosting Scoops in your neighborhood, please contact Sergeant Mulacek at 815-439-7654.
